Millisa Romero
Education Director, TTA
Hello, my name is Millisa Romero and I’m the Education Director at Tiny Treasures Academy. I have my Masters in Education and 15+ years of experience working with children ranging from infant to 6th grade. My experience, degree and certifications range from Early Childhood Education to psychology and the developmental stages of language.
I am a mother of 4 children ranging from the ages 2 to 23 years old. When I had my first child, I was in school and working full time, yet still finding time to teach him and support his development. He was my inspiration to continue making a difference in children’s lives.
As the Education Director here at Tiny Treasures, my goal is to devote myself in coaching, supporting and guiding the amazing teachers that we have here and creating a sincere unique, loving, nurturing and safe space for all of our little treasures that we are so very lucky to have as a part of our family.
I look forward to beginning this exciting new journey together with you all.
Brianna Rasile
Education Director, TTU
My name is Brianna Rasile and I am the Education Director at Tiny Treasures University! I am a New York State Certified teacher and have my Masters degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been working in this field for 10 years now, starting as a teacher’s assistant working my way up.
My passion for teaching and working with children started at the early age of 10 as I helped raise my nephew. There was a moment when I was helping him with his school work and saw how excited he became when he finally understood a math problem. That was all it took for me to know what I wanted to be when I grew up. There’s nothing better than helping children learn, grow, and develop to their highest potential. The smile on their face when completing something challenging is the most rewarding feeling.
Now being out of the classroom, it is my goal to ensure and guide all of our teachers at Tiny Treasures to do their part in bringing out the very best in your children!
I look forward to you joining our Tiny Treasures family.
Kristine Soto
Enrollment and Operations Manager
My name is Kristine Soto. I am the Office Manager of Tiny Treasures Academy and University. I have my degree in finance and 6 years of experience working in a school setting.
The best part about working with children in these early years is seeing the excitement on their faces when they learn something new. I am a mom of three handsome boys ranging between the ages of 8 and 11. Being a mom is what motivates me every day both personally and professionally.
Being a mom is also where I find my compassion for families. I understand the stresses of the families today, especially first time parents who are making the decision to start their children in Early Childhood Education at a young age. My goal is to provide every family at our center with the best experience from their first time meeting our team, all the way to when they are moving on from our facility.
I look forward to meeting your family and welcoming you to our school!

Founder, Tiny Treasures
Thank you for considering Tiny Treasures Academy and University for your family’s early childhood beginnings.
Tiny Treasures Academy opened in the midst of world-wide uncertainty at the end of 2021. The need and idea had been brewing for years earlier as I worked in the corporate world. My husband and I struggled to find a truly parent supportive environment that tackled all of the desires a parent has for their child in the modern world. When a family emergency in Chicago required me to abruptly leave my husband to be the sole-caregiver for our child for a couple weeks, I realized how important “a village” mindset in childcare can be. With no family locally, it was nearly impossible for my husband to juggle his unique work hours and our son. He soon joined me in Chicago and on the drive back to Staten Island the idea was born.
My husband and I felt the need for quality centers even more-so with another baby on the way in 2020. The pandemic and now a family of 4 was the spark that we needed to plunge into the industry and create a place unlike any other. The vision was to create an environment that truly used every moment of our children’s formative years to their maximum potential. A safe-haven where I felt at ease to leave my child and have a guilt-free day to focus on my career and family goals. I knew that there were families that felt the same and took great care in building a place with the family in mind, first and foremost.
Tiny Treasures is the only wellness-driven early childhood education center that invites parents into a safe, transparent, and nurturing community who provide knowledge and confidence. I hope that we can bring a peace-of-mind that you are doing the best you can as a parent and offering the best for your children without compromising your own dreams and ambitions that will ultimately serve your family.
